Fuel Surcharge
- Additional Fuel Surcharge Notice (Ferry Services) Please be informed that ferry operators operating between Singapore and Batam currently impose a temporary fuel surcharge of S$6 per passenger for departures from Singapore and IDR 65,000 per passenger for departures from Batam. This surcharge is not included in the package price and must be paid directly at the ferry counter when collecting the boarding pass. As the fuel surcharge is determined by the ferry operators and subject to fluctuations in global fuel prices, the amount may be revised, reduced, removed, or increased without prior notice. Any adjustment will follow the ferry operator’s policy at the time of travel.
