Bintan Mangrove Discovery Tour is a 60-minute eco adventure journey of thick mangroves along Sebung River. Sebung River is home to a multitude of wildlife and fauna species. Witness agile leaps of macaques and silver leaf monkeys as you cross the mangrove jungle and catch glimpses of colourful kingfishers. Keep an eye out for mangrove snakes curled up on the trees above the meandering river.
Spot elusive monitor lizards and mud lobsters that weave homes through the mounds. Learn how mangrove rivers provide a livelihood for the local residents and safeguard Bintan’s coasts.
The daily night tour offers a different and extraordinarily enchanting experience.
Be captivated by the intermittent glow of dancing fireflies under a blanket of dazzling stars in the night sky. For a complete mangrove experience, add on a fresh seafood meal to be savoured at a Kelong restaurant nestled in the Sebung River.
